This site

This site is a set of static pages. There is no form, no analytics, no advertising script, and no cookie set by B-MO. Nothing you do here is recorded by us.

It is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep ordinary request logs — the sort of thing any web server writes down. If you email the address on this site, that email sits in an inbox until it is dealt with.

The loyalty card product

Separate from this site, and worth stating plainly because it is the part that touches real people. When a salon runs a card built by B-MO, that salon has its own database, used by no other salon.

What it holds is what the card needs: a first name, a mobile number or email address so a lost card can be found again, the stamps on that card, and the rewards earned. It does not hold payment details, and it does not track where anyone goes. Passes can surface on a lock screen near the shop, but that matching happens on the phone — no location is ever sent back.

Access is denied by default at the database level. Only the server checks it against a card token or a signed-in staff account.

[TODO: how long records are kept, how a customer asks for theirs to be deleted, and who the data controller is — the salon, B-MO, or both. This is the part that needs a real answer rather than a plausible one.]
